Music for Institutions

Since the dawn of history, people have used music to
heal the injured and sooth the afflicted.

Modern research shows there is a marked
improvement in healing rates after injury or surgery
when music is present.  Music can fight depression
and relieve stress.  Many studies indicate music may
even counter the effects of Alzheimer's. (

Early in 2009 I began offering my services to
retirement communities, assisted living centers,
Alzheimer's centers, hospitals, and  rehabilitation
facilities in Central California.  Since that time I've
played for hundreds of residents and I add new
accounts all the time.

My approach is simple and straight forward--I play the sax and sing using backing tracks
through a small P.A.  My playlist consists of old standards and light jazz tunes the residents all
know & love--they always ask me to return!

Perhaps you've been considering adding the healing effects of music to your regimen.  Maybe
you just want to add a fresh sound to your existing program.

My rates are quite reasonable.  Contact me
here to discuss the possibilities.
